Alvin Stardust is often referred to as “The Godfather of British Rock and Roll”. He is certainly a “Legend in his own time”. Starting out having hits in the 60’s as Shane Fenton and the Fentons, before becoming the 70’s man in black Alvin Stardust. He went global having hit records all over the world, touring the far corners of the planet. This continued into the 80’s with Alvin at one point selling more records than any other 80’s act.

Today Alvin performs with his band in different guises, his 70’s show, his rock’n’roll show which has been a huge hit as Alvin plays the songs that have shaped his life, telling the stories of when he met Buddy Holly, Gene Vincent, The Beatles etc, he also finds the time to perform in the West End in shows Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, in 2007 Boogie Nights.
